Spring has sprung in central New York, start looking for our fresh produce at local farm markets and at the Foodshed. Peppers and Tomatoes are already two inches tall and cabbage, spinach and lettuce are almost ready to go in the ground.
With everything about our food supply getting more unstable everyday, we are hoping that our traditional farm values of leaving the earth better than we find it will inspire all to eat and live better.
Our small farm started with seven varieties of garlic and has grown to offer fresh herbs and produce as well as wonderful farm crafted kitchen delights. Try our Habanero Dessert Sauce, and Zucchini Garlic Relish, or slow roasted garlic powder.
